I met Freddy at the starting of COVID season and he provide the biggest support to handle the situation in both way Emotional and Physical... he got us 8 free months of live trainings and I lost 30 pounds in only less than 4 months ... the best outcome and without rebotes effects, at this team. Highly recommend it. I’m the best result and example... training from the house and without tools I got my best physical shade
