La conexión y sincronización con mi reloj es inconsistente y frustrante; la aplicación pierde la conexión con frecuencia y a menudo no sincroniza los datos correctamente. Además, está plagada de errores y bugs que provocan que se bloquee inesperadamente y que la carga de datos sea errática. Se come la batería del reloj en 3 meses cuando usas la aplicación de forma reiterativa. El reloj además carece de manual detallado, frustración adicional. La interfaz de usuario es todo menos intuitiva. Navegar por la aplicación es complicado y confuso, sin guías claras o tutoriales que ayuden a entender su uso. La falta de actualizaciones regulares es otro gran problema. Parece que la empresa no da suficiente prioridad a mejorar la aplicación ni a solucionar los problemas existentes, lo cual es inaceptable para un producto asociado con una marca de lujo. Las funcionalidades ofrecidas son muy limitadas y básicas. En comparación con otras aplicaciones de smartwatches en el mercado, la de Frédérique Constant se queda muy atrás en términos de innovación y características. Esperaba mucho más de una marca tan prestigiosa. En resumen, la aplicación de Frédérique Constant es una gran decepción. No la recomendaría a nadie hasta que se realicen mejoras significativas. Y no tengo problema hasta ahora para sincronizarlos. Uso la app antigua para alternar datos entre 2. Y la app nueva ( ésta) para el modelo más reciente. Lo único a mejorar es que no han actualizado la app con frecuencia y tiene, por ejemplo, la parte de estrés sin funcionar.
