Can’t access my information cause it’s saying my information is wrong when it’s not I had to get on my safari on my phone to access my stuff fix that problem

The app doesn’t recognize my information. I had to get on my laptop to make sure my info was right and it was. I can’t access my account through my phone which is ridiculous.
