It’s an ASAP fax. It keeps failing. And yes, the fax number is correct unless the social security office letterhead is wrong with the fax number. 😂🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ it’s not as I called her to verify it. I’m trying to resend after the first failed attempt. Let’s see if it goes through. And I have the deluxe or whatever package it’s called. Will update if it goes through. But also note, if u use your phone cam ( iPhone 17pro max) it comes out a little faded look. Might be better off sending photos instead 🤷‍♀️ **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. We don’t have any “deluxe” package, so this might be a mix-up with another app. Fax failures can sometimes happen due to the receiver’s line, even if the number is correct. Trying again usually works. For image quality, it depends on lighting and your phone camera, since we use Apple’s default camera. I canceled before my trial period ended. This company clearly is hard up for cash because they converted my account to a one week premium account and charged me $6.99 without my consent. I scanned my documents within app and just hit on “Send”. Within a minute I got confirmation that it was sent and received.
