The keeps charging me and it’s not working plus I’ve tried to contact customer service but it asks for an email but there is no category for me to enter one! Apple charged me $87.55 plus two additional charges for $8.75

A seven day free trial was advertised and I selected it. However, I was charged for the yearly fee of 85 dollars. Just from scrolling through previous reviews, I see that others are reporting the same issue. I’ll be taking steps to get my money returned to me and ensuring that everyone knows how this app scams people. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This app charged me $86 the FIRST DAY of what was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL!!!!!! Do NOT trust whatever scam artist runs this app. I am taking the next necessary steps to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else and this is only my first stop.

Tried the free trial before paying because I had seen mixed reviews. For the majority of the free week it told me it couldn’t send texts at all and the couple of times it finally let me I tested with my friends phone nearby. She received the outgoing texts from my app but when she responded hers never came through to me so I can never be sure if anyone actually can reach me or received my messages through the app. Reached out to customer support twice and never heard back. Deleting before the subscription charges me.

Saw this app in App Store and it offered a free trial thought sure why not then find out right I clicked on free free it charged my card $84 dollars for subscription I didn’t even click !!! Reached out numerous times emailed and all and no got back oh and the cherry on top the only people who called me from unknown door dash number that can’t be called back!!!! Worse app ever and I am calling my card and getting my money back I just deleted the freaken thing to stop the scammers and door dashers from calling!!!!

I have service and wifi simply want a FREE second number for online purposes. 100% misleading app name as there is nothing free about it (after reading others experience apparently not even the free trial is free) Scammers honestly, i wouldn’t download ANY app by this developer. If youre looking for a paid phone service i recommend google voice. Its honestly free with options to upgrade to paid services.

I discovered that I was being charged multiple times a month for this service and wasn’t using it. After signing up, the app cut the number off but continued charging me. The in-app ‘Contact Support’ doesn’t send the message. So, they basically stole my money with avenue to reach them!

I do not have the money to pay it and I did not want the subscription now Apple will not let me download anything else from the App Store until I pay the $9.99 to you guys I do not have that money. I never use this subscription. I canceled it as soon as I realized it was somehowactivated I never agreed to it. I do not know what happened I sent an email.
