This app is good to read news article on bbc. It seems there is a bug if you try to use ‘lookup functionality’ on ipad. As soon as this functionality is used, app becomes unrespinsive and needs to be restarted. The ‘unread’ filter is available only for ‘all’ feeds. If this can be available for individual feeds, it will help. Another feature would be helpful if multiple items can be ‘selected’ and canbe marked as read/unread. This app would be perfect for someone looking for news and articles however I knocked a star off because of no notifications. It is now almost impossible to update my feed sources as they have changed over time. Example: The Volokh Conspiracy is now housed at reason.com, instead of its previous servers. But I have no ability to repoint this app to its new location, all I can do is rename the feed, which does nothing to get it to point to the correct location. Out of the 15-20 feeds I have, only 2 are still at their original server locations, all the others have changed url’s, and there’s no way to update the pointer url’s. ### 4/5 — Felt compelled to write review *2022-05-17, version 1.8.6* Only because I couldn’t open the app without being asked if I liked it every time. No. This app allows you to keep up with news quickly in one place. I am a technology writer and when travelling laptopless, this app allows me check my sources whilst on the go, just working and writing on my iPhone.
