### 1/5 — Formal Complaint and Full Refund Request – Incorrect Charge During 3-Day Free Trial

*2026-10-30*

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this subscription was handled, and I formally dispute this charge.

The app explicitly advertised a 3-day FREE TRIAL when I subscribed on October 30 at approximately 10:00 PM.

However, I was charged ₹1,299 at approximately 3:00 AM on October 31, only five hours after subscribing. This is completely inconsistent with the advertised 3-day free trial period.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I never intended to purchase a paid subscription at this time. I subscribed solely on the understanding that I would receive the full 3-day free trial.

I cancelled the subscription immediately after discovering this unexpected charge.

It is unacceptable that I was charged before the advertised free trial period had even expired. I subscribed based on the explicit promise of a 3-day free trial, and the charge made only five hours later directly contradicts that offer.

I am formally demanding a full refund of ₹1,299.

I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and a full refund to be issued without further delay.

### 5/5 — 1
