NMX is No More Excuses: bodyweight training that asks for nothing but you.

No time for the gym? No money for equipment? Bodyweight movement removes those excuses, because it needs nothing you do not already carry. All you need is your body, wherever you are, whenever you have a few minutes.

FREE, FOREVER
- Field Library: eight core movements, from pushups to the plank. Each card shows the start and end positions, the form cues that matter, your sets and reps, and how to scale it easier or harder.
- Session Runner: hit start and NMX walks you through all eight stations with rep targets, a tempo cue, and a rest timer that auto-advances. Pause, skip, or jump around anytime.
- A clear medical disclaimer and a simple, distraction-free interface.

NMX PREMIUM
A coaching and tracking layer for people who want to close the loop:
- Label Scanner: scan a barcode or a nutrition label to pull food data in seconds.
- Macro Tracker: a food diary with daily calories, protein, carbs, and fat against your targets.
- Session History: every workout saved and synced, with streaks and weekly totals.
- Daily Goals: activity-style rings you close each day, with streaks to keep you honest.
- Crew: follow other members, share your daily totals, and climb a 7-day leaderboard. Sharing is off by default and only ever shows daily aggregates, never your food entries.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your data is yours. NMX works offline, shows no ads, and never sells your information to anyone. The free tool needs no account at all.

Premium is $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, each with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
