When you download the app, it is all in the Greek language and there is no English language option. Considering that a large chunk of Wind's mobile wifi customers are non-Greeks on holiday, it is a poor oversight to not have an English language option. Όταν μπαίνω στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και προσπαθώ να κάνω το οτιδήποτε, μου ζητάνε ποιόν από τους 2 αριθμούς θέλω βοήθεια, ενώ στις ρυθμίσεις του λογαριασμού μου έχει μόνο έναν αριθμό και δεν υπάρχει πουθενά κανένας άλλος η έστω κάπου να το δω. Επίσης, ταξιδεύοντας εκτός Ελλάδας, παρόλο που λαμβάνω το αυτόματο μήνυμα ότι οι χρεώσεις μου είναι σαν κανονικές απ'το πακέτο εντός Ευρώπης, δεν ισχύει. Απλή παραπληροφόρηση από επίσημη πηγή! Όταν προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, μου λένε πως πρέπει να ενεργοποιήσω roaming. Τελικά ισχύει το μήνυμα ή όχι; Καθόλου βοηθητικό! Επίσης για να ενεργοποιήσω το roaming, θέλει ταυτοποίηση στοιχείων και μου ζητάνε ΑΦΜ και ΑΤ. Εννοείται πως είναι καρτοκινητο άρα δεν έδωσα ποτέ κάτι απ'τα 2. Πως θα ταυτοποιήσουν τα στοιχεία μου; Όταν το εξηγώ αυτό στο άτομο που με βοηθάει απλά λήγουν τη συζήτηση και πρέπει να ξεκινήσω απ'την αρχή.... έλεος.... Πολλή κακή εμπειρία...δεν βγάζει κανένα νόημα. Ο λόγος που θέλω καρτοτηλέφωνο είναι γιατί το θέλω εύκολο, γρήγορο και απρόσωπο! WELL DONE. THERE IS AN ENGLISH OPTION. Just open settings > myF2G > Language. Unfortunately I had a very bad tempered female that wouldn’t calm down and do her job properly. I ended up going back to the store 3 times to get a very simple issue resolved just because she was so bad tempered!!!!
