I almost got stranded because the app would not allow me to charge. It kept giving an error message saying that I was still in an active session when I had not charged my car that day.

Says my Daytona charger has been charging for 30 hrs and I only used the public charging station for about 30 minutes! How can I fix the Stuck session??? I’ve tried everything except going to Buc-ee’s to tell them to see if they could do something about it. The people on the phone for this place told me to do everything I’ve already done bc I looked it up. Still nothing. The place is really no help and the app is ridiculous. Once my credits are gone I’ll be dropping the app! DO NOG USE THE APP!
