Does not recognise URL from old app and no help anywhere online to help resolve it.

L app permette di inserire/togliere L allarme.
Non arrivano le notifiche in caso di allarme! Inutile!
Contro: troppo lenta la comunicazione con il server, le notifiche push non funzionano a dovere , manca la possibilità di ricevere notifiche push in fase di inserimento/disattivazione/allarme manca la possibilità di salvare i dati di login, infatti se fallisce bisogna rimettere user e psw ogni volta.
Sono modifiche molto semplici ma nn vengono fatte. Gli aggiornamenti dell app sono rari.

È identica alla precedente ma in più vuole un url sconosciuto e se viene persa la connessione l’url viene cancellato assieme alle credenziali. 
Basta veramente poco per avere qualcosa di meglio.

Niente di diverso dalla vecchia APP. Speravo nell'aggiunta del touch ID ma purtroppo niente...

Erroneamente ho cancellato l'URL personalizzato e per riaverlo ho dovuto disinstallare e reinstallare l'APP. Fortunatamente la vecchia APP era ancora installata e ha recuperato i dati da quella...

Hacéis cambiar de iRisco q va bien, a esta q la única diferencia al menos visible es el cambio de icono, y lo más importante ¡no funcionan las notificaciones! Arregladlo cuanto antes, pues ya nos hemos gastado bastante en el sistema de seguridad.

Mai visto una applicazione fatta così male! Non fornisce alcun avviso quando si inserisce/disinserisce l’antifurto e cosa fondamentale se va in allarme non lo notifica, bisogna entrare nell’applicazione per poterlo capire in qualche modo. Veramente vergognoso una roba simile.
Urge aggiornamento!!!

Received notification on old app that I would have to update as previous app would stop working. Updated with no problems didn’t even have to put details in. Decided to get the other 3 members of my house to do the same before old app stops working. This is when the problems started none have been able to update due to customised url warning. This needs sorting before it renders my alarm useless.

La nouvelle version presente plusieurs dysfonctionnements :
- les alertes par notifications ne fonctionnent plus
- il faut renseignent une URL pour de connecter mais on ne sait où la trouver !
L'ancienne version fonctionnait à merveille, dommage de l'avoir remplacée par cette version.....

So iv had the old irisco app for years and now got told I had to change to this one....no problem. However while it works abit faster, enough to earn it's 3 star rating.....it's 2018, this app desperatly needs touch id or face id to arm/disarm the alarms......as I arm and unarm them frequently it gets boring having to type the code every time.

With touch/face id it would get maximum points.

Не работают уведомления о тревоге и снятии постановки на охрану.  Собственно не работает то зачем это приложение и нужно. Я так понял с сентября это ещё исправить не могут.

It logged me out and since can not log back in as it does not have a URL
