For the first time ever this year, I’ve filed limited liability accounts and associated paperwork, straight to both Companies House and HMRC, without needing to call on the services of my accountant. If your incoming funds and outgoings have been properly catergorised, you can file end of year accounts and even self assessment data straight to the authorities via FreeAgent. Between Stripe and GoCardless, I think we’ve got most payments sorted. I’ve a slight criticism; FreeAgent needs to get up to speed with AI, and Claude Code connectors and MCP access, in particular. I don’t think I could run my business as well without FreeAgent and its army of customer support help.
