Made some settings on the Advanced Stopping Settings page visible to all users. These settings are forward speed decay, lifted with low speed detection, and estimated stride length.

* New numeric input where the user can enter their weight. Doing so alters the behavior of the shoes so they feel consistent at any user weight.
