There is no link in the app or on the website to cancel the subscription. I have emailed these folks several times with no response. They are still charging my card every month. I can connect the bike to my phone even after doing all the troubleshooting things to detect my device. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the App, still no luck. The bike itself has troubles loading the classes, it just gets stuck on the refresh page. We paid $1000+ for this bike plus the continued membership, just to struggle getting the classes to even load and then I thought this app would help those classes to load if my phone was connected. One thing I noticed, as one of the main features is riding at the same time as other users and seeing if you can progress through the ride faster, is that there are seemingly Bot users that are always at the front of the pack. One in particular, BranDun, is always like at least 2-5% farther ahead as soon as you start. Kind of weird to have it be a user vs user competition and there’s more than a few non-users automatically added in. ### 5/5 — Buggy *2025-03-06, version 1.6.3* Doesn’t connect to my bike in true freebeat fashion.
