Nie widać większości stacji, a we wszystkich dostępnych (AŻ 9 NA CAŁĄ ŁÓDŹ) nie ma rowerów do wypożyczenia… Taki smutny obraz wasz… Strata pieniędzy

Quite possibly. I’ve used city bikes in almost all of the cities in Poland. This one has bikes that are usually broken in some way. Once it was brakes changing all the time. The other time my rear tire was almost flat. It’s hard to return the bike as the gates won’t make any signal to confirm it. It’s hard to find the right spot to put the metal thing inside of the bracket. And worst of all, there are way too few stations to make this system usable.

if you think that shared bicycles are just for people under 35, its ok. the others need glasses for your app. thats sad. and it was good previously!!! you have done the best not to be user friendly

L’appli n’est pas du tout intuitive et très mal faite. Quand pour autant on finit enfin par comprendre comment l’esprit malade de l’UX designer a tenté de concevoir l’interface, ce sont les bornes de vélos qui ne fonctionnent pas et rendent impossible toute location de vélo…

J’ai créé un compte l’année dernière et tout se  passer bien jusqu’à il y a 2 jours ou mes codes on était piraté et un vélo a été pris pendant 46h cela m’a coûter 250€ après beaucoup de négociations au téléphone ils m’on remboursé

You invested a lot of money of this. The main functionality is take a bike and return this bike. The main functionality works super bad. I faced with problem:
- can’t take a bike, need spend 10 min for rend
- can’t return bike, spend also 10 min. I returned to the station but the app sad “no, you are not return the bike”
- 28.05.2023 a lot of bikes in Lodz works not well

Ta aplikacja ma więcej bugow niż funkcj. Wszystko działa bardzo BARDZO źle. W 8 z 10 przypadków roweru nie da się wypożyczyć, w 7 z 10 wypadków roweru nie da się zwrócić. Obsługa telefoniczna jest maksymalnie nie przyjazna. Rowery są popsute. Konto potrafią zablokować przez to ze nie jest wpisanego w całości imienia i nazwiska, ale UWAGA nie da się te zmiany wprowadzić przez aplikacje mobilną…dlaczego? w czym sens? Co ciekawe, nawet jeśli pójdziecie na stronę internetową, i byliście zarejestrowane przez telefon lub pocztę to tez nie uda wam się zmienić dane, bo chcą Facebook’a…dlaczego? Jednym słowem, jak chcecie sobie popsuć nerwy to ta applikacja jest dla was. Szkoda ze nie da się postawić mniej niż 1 gwiazdkę

The physical button that you press to unlock a bike is completely unresponsive 90% of my attempts at using the service. It makes it impossible to plan any trip using the bikes since you never know if you’ll be even able to rent one.

Kompletna klapa, tragedia i scam. Nic nie działa, fatalny poziom obsługi i najniższe standardy, poniżej dna. 

Z Nextbikiem w Łodzi nie miałem żadnych problemów a tutaj nie da się w ogóle korzystać, a kasę by chcieli. Masakra. Nigdy więcej.

The stupidest system for a rent that I ever seen. You should go to the cities government, fill some paper and only then you could use this app 🤡 
So you making mobile app, but you should get paper approval from government to get a free bike for a ride. Without this permission, your account wont be active and useful at all. It’s ridiculous.

Après avoir payé à l’avance pour un voyage, l’application tourne et ne marche plus. 
Je n’ai pas pu prendre de vélo, c’est honteux.
Faites tourner votre application uniquement si vous êtes sûre qu’elle fonctionne correctement au moins. 
Bref, n’utilisez pas Free bike c’est une perte de temps et d’argent !!!

Le temps est trop élevé entre le moment où l’on est à la borne de remise du vélo et le moment où l’application détecte que nous avons rendu le vélo. Ce qui fait que le temps de possession effective du vélo est allongé. 
Des améliorations sont à prévoir.
