Nie czyta mi żadnej trasy, ilości kilometrów, nic. Można tylko dzięki tej aplikacji wypożyczyć rower i tyle. ### 1/5 — Confusing and ultimately completely useless *2021-02-17, version 2.5.17* Used a bike scheme in Liverpool for normal pedal bikes. For the e-bikes I needed to use this app. But the merge process was an utter failure. Worse than that the Ui was baffling with bad error messages. Always wondered why the e-bikes were not being used. Now I know why. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2021-01-16, version 2.5.17* Was looking forward to ride along the Liverpool waterfront. It was a pain to register on the App. You need to verify via text and email. I kept getting an error code and I never received a phone code. My boyfriend then tried 8 times then managed to register. He then went to put his card details in and the bike would just not release. We have spent £4 with no bike in hand. Thanks! Such a great app!! AVOID AT ALL COST. ITS A SCAM APP. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2020-10-29, version 2.5.17* Tried to hire escooters. Downloaded app, never got the SMS so called helpline and just left on hold. Useless. ### 1/5 — Do not use - zero stars *2020-09-08, version 2.5.16* My wife downloaded the app, set up payment details (paid £1) but was unable to use the app to hire bikes as it didn’t recognise the account details we had received by email. My app worked but then informed me the bikes were locked for being outside the zone despite still standing in the collection point. I was informed by the helpline that I wouldn’t be charged, however the app tells me I will be charged £2.00 for the trouble. Great start to our holiday. ### 1/5 — Waste of time - deliberately deceiving *2020-08-10, version 2.5.15* After looking for a bike for hire in my area I came across Freebike and this app. It showed 6 bikes available for hire near me in preview mode. To unlock, of course, you have to register and spend a minimum of £1. So we did that and after login those bikes magically showed up as unavailable. We checked out the location and the bikes were there. They stood still for 3 days until we rang the help number and were told those bikes were in use by the council and not available to the public. When questioned about them showing on the app, we were told the council workers use the same up. All perfectly understandable. What is not acceptable though, is showing those bikes as available in preview mode to entice registration and payment. This is deliberately misleading and a representation of lack of ethical standards by this company. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Pricing model is garbage *2020-08-09, version 2.5.15* The onboarding is clunky, the app is buggy, the pricing is bizarre. Pay extra, contract only to use the electricity? Pay a fine for not stopping at a “parking station” but the nearest is a kilometre away (despite being in central London). Oh and as soon as I leave elephant and castle roundabout to the south, I’m outside the parking zone. The bike locks and I have to wrestle it back up north. ### 1/5 — Just didn’t work... *2020-08-07, version 2.5.15* After downloading the app in La Rochelle for me and my girlfriend we then created an account and even had £1 credit taken yet all the bikes we have tried to use say it’s rented even though they show free. Also nothing shows on the location map...poor! ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2020-07-29, version 2.5.14* Should be 0 star. App loads and goes through everything until the payment details page. It pops up before quickly disappearing leaving no chance to put in your details and you still without a bike. Phoned for advice and was told to delete and re-download the app. Tried this and once again the same problems. Phoned a 2nd time and was told it may be a problem with my network provider (what??) and they would speak to the tech team and call me back. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2020-07-10, version 2.5.5* I am based in Jersey, Sr Helier. On a weekend I decided to hire a bike with a friend. I opened an account after installing this app but my friend was not able to, thus we had to drop the idea. This was on 28th June 2020. To my surprise I have been charged £12.00 and no refund despite numerous calls and emails for 12 days (today). Please avoid Evie bike until these issues are addressed by the company. I have heard few cases like these where company has refused to refund. ### 1/5 — Super bad service *2020-06-18, version 2.5.5* I have rented a bike next to Camden for a little while, I went for doing a little bit of excercise, I put the bike back in the same place and I paid all the money that I owed, then the other day they were trying to charge me for 17£ because they said that I left the bike in an unauthorised area but I literally taken it from that spot, this service looks super unprofessional and in desperate need for money Don’t recommend 👎🏻 ### 1/5 — App too buggy to use *2020-05-25, version 2.5.5* I should have known to give up when the app was proving to be buggy during registration. In the end I had to give up because the app kept showing errors, and it charged me for a bike ride I couldn’t even start. Absolutely avoid this! ### 1/5 — Inconvenient *2020-05-09, version 2.5.5* You can only leave it in certain areas of London and it will keep on charging you until you do. ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2020-05-05, version 2.5.5* Watch out guys - they will take unauthorised payments from your card for rides you didn’t do. They will also charge when you accidentally drive 5 meters outside their areas on the map. The bike will be frozen, you can’t take it back and will be charged. This is the worst app I have seen in my life. You scammers should be ashamed and your bikes should be thrown in the Thames. ### 1/5 — I don’t understand. *2020-04-27, version 2.5.5* Every time I get close to the bike. It disappears and I can't take it. The Map does not display the majority of bicycles. You can see 2-3 bikes they are there for a day do not move, but you can not take them gives an error when you read the QR code. Worst company. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2020-04-26, version 2.5.5* Terrible, unfunctional app. Took 20 minutes to rent the bike, cycled it from town to St Ouens, paused the rental, and then the app wouldn’t work when I wanted to continue the journey so I had to ditch the bike and get a taxi back to town. ### 1/5 — The bikes are too big for women *2020-04-26, version 2.5.5* The seat height is too high for someone 5”3 which is not even that short for women. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2020-04-25, version 2.5.5* In Jersey Channel Islands I’ve been trying to use the app, is saying “request timed out” after i managed to add my card details and top up my account. No confirmation whatsoever if it was successful or not. Do stupid. ### 1/5 — Kiepsko *2026-01-02, version 2.5.24* Veturilo działa dziesięciokrotnie lepiej niż ta aplikacja - zawiesza się, wyświetla ciągłe błędy - sprawia że używanie roweru miejskiego jako codzienny środek transportu jest niemożliwe, bo nie można na niej polegać. ### 1/5 — Tragedia *2024-05-18, version 2.5.24* Aplikacja się zawiesza, nie można wypożyczyć rowerów, często wyświetlają się błędy, pokazuje, że rowery są wypożyczone, gdzie w rzeczywistości są wpięte na stacji…. ### 1/5 — Don’t ever use these bikes unless you want to get scammed *2022-07-30, version 2.5.22* As the title says, I got scammed for £6.50 for bikes that wouldn’t even unlock. I literally unlock them from the app but they never unlock so you can use and when they don’t unlock you sometimes will struggle a lot and waste a lot of time just to get them locked again. Please I beg you don’t use these bikes I literally got scammed. I will never use again and would never recommend anyone to use neither. The company doesn’t even care about checking these bikes to see if they’re well maintained or anything, they just care about your money that’s all. ### 1/5 — Koszmar *2022-06-06, version 2.5.22* Wypożyczenie roweru często okazuje się niemożliwe. Co ciekawe, apka widzi rower jako wypożyczony, mimo że blokada się nie zwalnia, a roweru nie da się wyszarpać żadną siłą. Almost zero bikes are find in west or south- west London.
