Items will randomly disappear from my cart, forcing me to reselect all the options again. The ordering options are also incomplete—some fountain drinks aren’t available in the app, so I have to choose from whatever is listed. Since the store fills the drink before pickup, I’m stuck with something I didn’t really want. I don’t want to waste it, but I wish the app either included all drink options or allowed customers to pour their own drink in-store. Constantly logs you out. I’m not sure why they went with this design, when most food apps have nice integration all within the app. You can have a newsletter style tab that’s fluid with the rest of the app, but for some reason the app is split up so that if you click from the ordering tab you’re suddenly logged out or viewing from the browser. Then your orders get deleted all the time if you mistaken click off the menu.
