Since mice will be with us for the foreseeable future, what is needed is a way to better control them. This is what has been done with this old game that is still engaging. Make it faster, more attractive and yet still the engaging challenge it has always been. Their dominoe game is just as true to this formula. Bravo!!!! ### 5/5 — 2022 Smart updates! *2022-02-17, version 1.7.2* Nice improvements! A few recent updates make this Free Cell even more user friendly. I’ve been using the paid version for years. Even gladly paid for the iOS and Android versions! Play is smooth and intuitive. If I could replay a completed game when I think I can improve my score, presto! five stars. Other reviewers have asked for numbered games. That would be nice. And I saw a review asking that the auto play move a card to the in play cards, not up to the completed stack. After giving the free version a one star rating for all the ridiculous ads, the developer contacted me and let me know about this paid version. Then they messed around with it. Now it is almost impossible to win. No-one will play it because you want to be able to beat the game at least SOME of the time. How very sad. What a waste. ### 1/5 — Free cell *2021-01-18* I have just deleted all my Branium games (5 in all) because I got tired of the frequent, long, almost impossible to close, ads. Users should know these apps are based on very common and readily available games. I found a much better free cell that has NO game interrupting ads, just unobtrusive ads at the bottom of the screen. I can play game after game with no interruptions. No cards. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Upgrade - and Lose All of Your Scores *2017-04-13, version 1.2.8* This was my favorite game of all time, the only game I never got tired of. I've been playing it for 3 to 4 years and working hard to improve my scores. Then I finally paid to get rid of the ads, only to find out that in doing so I would have to give up all of my scores in the new app - because the way they set it up, the scores are stuck in the free version of the app and can't be transferred over. I've contacted the company and was told there is nothing that can be done. You will have to start over entirely from scratch in the new app, and they cannot refund you, you're stuck. ### 2/5 — Great game-terrible face page *2024-04-17, version 1.7.17* Update: 4/17/2024 For the FOURTH TIME, I received your email the first time, months ago. Maybe fix your AI bot or actually READ my message! Others have complained about the same thing and you’re still ignoring the issue. Whatever. It’s not a showstopper. It just shows exactly how much integrity you DON’T have. Your game is great. Your support is terrible. Have a nice day 😊 ——————- Developers still don’t know how to fix the “swipe up to close” feature for iPhones without the ‘old’ close button. It’s still really difficult to close the app with a swipe up gesture. This gesture works perfectly for every other app/game in the app store. What is the issue making it SO hard for these developers to figure it out? I have received all of their email messages and responses to to this, yet STILL, the problem exists. I am not the only one complaining about this flaw. I don’t understand why they won’t fix this! Yes, eventually, the swipe up works but only after many annoying attempts. C’mon guys. Thank you! 😊 ### 3/5 — Please change the menu bar *2023-01-29* Now that most iPhones require a swipe up from the bottom of the screen to close / switch apps or go to Home Screen, the swipe up menu bar at the bottom gets in the way and is a clunky UI. Everything else about the app is top notch, but it’s time to change the menu bar to work more smoothly with current iPhones. **Developer response:** Thank you for the review, ed_bob! If you tap the screen to bring up the menu bar and then swipe up from the bottom of the screen, that should let you exit the app easily. 😊 ### 3/5 — It’s FreeCell *2021-03-03, version 1.6.12* However, it is not worth $4.99. It’s one game, no variety but it costs that much! The games are repetitive and not new. I think I’ve played them all. The manufacturers need to give me a refund or include other games for this price.
