Grazie ### 3/5 — Notifications bug in new release. *2026-03-29* Notifications sound keeps returning to system default, despite still showing the radio button as having a personal sound selected. The default sound is a minimal beep and insufficient to notify me of intruders breaking beams when I am asleep - the main need I have for notifications. This could be a significant safety and security issue. Generally ok, occasionally logs me out got no reason. Main issue is no in phone notifications on iPhone. I can get event emails but phone notifications are not produced on iPhone. All settings correct, checked with my installer who checked with Risco, said it should work but isn’t. À revoir de plus pour une application payante c’est pas le top ### 1/5 — Achtung Abzocke *2025-08-23* Mir wurde vor Jahren ein System mit einer kostenloser App angeboten was für mich zu einer Kaufentscheidung führte. Mittlerweile habe ich ein weiteres Haus im Ausland für viel Geld damit ausgestattet. Leider bin auf die Steuerung per App angewiesen. Nun erhebt Risco eine Monatliche Gebühr um diesen Service weiter nutzen zu können.
