## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not a lot available repeat content

*2026-02-15, version 1.14*

My honest review, been using the app 4 months. As someone who has suffered Porn addiction for long is the app is coded with good intention but does not deliver it’s promise for a subscription app. The content on the panic button was repetitive, the count for porn free days works and is great if you have strong self-will. With no external help, this app is just a deterrent. No community and the Chatbot doesn’t seem to be trained to speak to addicts in recovery.

All the best though I cannot use the app for anything else other than day tally.

### 1/5 — Do not download!

*2026-01-07, version 1.13*

Why do i need to pay for an app that will help me get help and improve??? What if i dont have any money and I just want to get better and the one resource that I find is only trying to take money from me. Do not recommend.

### 1/5 — Bait trap

*2025-12-10, version 1.13*

Why have people review the app before we can use it? Then when we finally get to the end it asks you to pay after making no notice of required payment up front before asking questions.

### 1/5 — Required subscription after setup

*2025-10-01, version 1.9*

Has you go through the whole process of the questionnaire and the last step before you can use the app is upgrading to a “pro” subscription. There is no basic option to “upgrade” from, even if you hit the x it just takes to the previous page with the button to take you back to the pro subscription page. Imagine finally taking steps to work on a long time problem just to be told you need to pay a subscription for motivational AI quotes and a “days since last incident” counter.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-09-21, version 1.8*

When you sign up, it says “Upgrade to Pro,” but there is no basic to upgrade from. You HAVE to pay them to even get a glimpse of the app. And this is meant to help addicts. That’s a scam to me.

### 1/5 — Really

*2025-07-22, version 1.5*

I’ve been having attacks for a long time and I need to calm down so I download it and then I’m hit with upgrade to pro TO ACTIVATE THE PANIC BUTTON what if someone is literally dying cuz they can’t keep control of themself so your telling me you have to pay for stuff that can drive you crazy

### 5/5 — Best app ever

*2025-09-23, version 1.8*

Super helpful
