If you’re thinking of using freedcamp don’t let the app reviews put you off. It’s one of the best project management systems. The app does need a lot of improvements, its not as useful and you can’t really do that much. I always find myself logging into Freedcamp’s website on my phone rather than using the app. It would be good to have a section on the home screen to quickly add a task, note, or idea for a project. ### 2/5 — Bad update *2019-12-22, version 4.2.5* Recent update made app useless. As a project manager, it makes my life so much easier when managing several projects at a time. However, I wish the mobile app would be just as good, especially since I use my iPad for everything. There is ZERO excuse for the iPad app to be windowed in a tiny little box that fits the profile of an iPhone. If this one feature were fixed and available, I’d gladly pay money for the app and its web site, because the web site is amazing. The app, though, makes this an untenable solution for my organization’s needs. Very sad “deleter” on this one. :-( ### 2/5 — Need better way to chat *2019-03-18, version 4.2.0* I really need to have access to the Wall within the app. The Wall exists on the website but seems absent on the app. The Wall is how I chat with my developers, so it’s critical I have that. ### 1/5 — A step in the wrong directions *2019-02-12, version 4 (1602)* This app was only kind of useful and with the “update” it’s even worse. It only works vertically and isn’t optimized for larger screens. How in the world can a company with a product as good as Freedcamp manage such a horrible App? You cannot even login consistently. Most used functionality is buried. The features on the website are great and I don’t expect to be able to do everything on the iPad, but some very important things need to be fixed. - Rotation is stuck in portrait mode, and cannot be changed to landscape. As someone using an iPad Pro with keyboard this makes it very hard to use the App - Attachments don’t seem to upload consistently to projects in my account - Someone else that gave the App a lower rating regarding comments not being possible unless a task already has comments added ### 1/5 — Love Freedcamp but not this app *2020-02-04, version 4.2.5* Buggy.
