The App starts with the breath holding test and will generate your personal a four-week training program based on your current results.

With our app and breathing trainings you will be able to improve your freediving skills and soon you are able to expand your vital capacity and make the best use of your lung volume. 

Mastering your breathing techniques not only allows you to dive deeper for longer as you improve, but the benefits carry over into the “dry” side of your life. Хорошее! Но тренировки на CO2 некорректно фиксируются в приложении Fitness (устройство iPhone 14 Pro Max в паре с Apple Watch 10): тренировка есть, но ее длительность 0:00 при полном выполнении. Очень грустно :( и эта тренировка останавливает таймер, если свернуть приложение. С тренировкой O2 все в порядке. 
А в остальном отлично!

1. Не используется оксиметр Apple Watch.
2. Не используется tap-tick в AW.
3. Нет данных с AW на экране тренировки.

В таком формате поддержка AW чисто формальная, нужно смотреть все время на экран. Не знаю, может конечно звуки на AW воспроизводятся, но у меня они, как и у большинства пользователей, всегда в беззвучном.

I like that the app uses Apple Watch as a sensor. However it only measures the heart rate. Please add oxygen measurement too. Please also add countdown during the last 10 seconds of the breathing time before the breath hold. Without it I can’t prepare for the hold without looking at the phone. Last min countdown is no substitute. If I switch it on I can’t mediate during the last minute of my breath hold.
If you add those 2 features it will be a 5 star app!
