As far as ease of customization with the tables; this app blows the others out the water. The simplicity is awesome allowing you to input actual numerical figures. 

***I would ask the developers though to somehow allow the voice and notification to happen while the app is running in the background. For example, I am browsing the web while still receiving the countdown notifications. The app does still run down the timer in the background but no notifications.***

I would also LOVE to pay for such an awesome app. When is the paid version coming out????

This is the perfect app for generating custom co2 and o2 tables based on your max breath hold. It's just what I've been looking for and it's free!

I loved the idea of this simple app, but it didn't work. I was able to create an account and configure the app to create my tables, but once I hit start, nothing happened. It seems as if the app was released before it was tested and truly ready.

Main issue is if I do anything else on my phone while using this app it pauses the time, so even though it's been 20 seconds when I go back to the app it shows the time as 20 seconds ago. This is only an issue on iPhone, please fix! 

Also recently the iPhone app stopped announcing "breathe" once the hold interval is done. It counts five, two, and then nothing. Please announce that it's time to breathe, I'm not staring at the screen the whole time.

Love that this app is free as well - used prior to a beginner freediving course and it gave me enough practice to give me a head start and be more comfortable underwater!

Unfortunately it keeps crashing on iOS 14

What a shame. Simple, clean app with a great logo.

Having no resources but wanting to improve my breath hold, this app provides a great support in expanding your hold abilities. I've quickly moved from a two minute static hold to a four minute static hold, the workouts focusing on oxygen deprivation and on CO2 tolerance do well to build the skills for diving, snorkeling, spearfishing, and static holds.
