When I visited to pick the scooter at Marathahalli branch . They were not having any scooter stock available when I asked to show them bike as a replacement all the bikes were damaged and not in good condition. They were not having even the helmets to riders to provide. It was clearly mentioned that one helmet is complementary from there end but not even a single helmet they have in stock. If you try to cancel the booking after that you will only receive 80% amount back and 20% non refundable. Only booking charges cost me around 150 rupees. Simply without any use of benefits. I booked for 15 days and this is the worst mistake i have done by choosing freedo. From past 2 days and including today i am struggling to get the vehicle repaired as it was breakdown in middle of the road but still no resolution provided. So it is better to avoid them. I think the vehicle is only for 4-5 days later you can return it and consider buying a new one from outside. This is totally worst experience i have ever had. The bike was in great condition, smooth to ride, clean, and well maintained. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They also helped me with coins/discounts on the booking, which was a nice gesture. Everything was handled professionally and I didn’t face any issues during the rental period. Based on my personal experience, I’d say don’t judge only by a few negative reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the pricing is a total scam. They are charging premium rates for what exactly? Certainly not for a smooth process or a decent vehicle. I’ve seen luxury rentals with more transparent pricing than this absolute joke of a company. The booking process was appalling. I have never dealt with a more incompetent system or a more useless team. Trying to get a simple booking confirmed felt like pulling teeth. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly unprofessional—acting like they’re doing me a favor by taking my money. Save your sanity and your cash. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a masterclass in how to run a business into the ground through greed and pure incompetence. As new customer I could have brought more people into this rental services but I got this kind of service. Looking forward to serving you again. ### 1/5 — Wastage of time and very bad service while pick up *2025-07-05* I went to sector 63 noida to pick the bike on two different occasions on weekends. My time slot was 10-11AM. On the first occasion I was asked to wait for 2-3 hrs as they did not had the bike ready for pick up. I had keep chasing and following up to get the bike and I was offered no compensation for my wastage of time. I was told that they have less staff. It is not customers’ responsibility. Other customers were also treated the same way. Today when I reached, I faced the same thing. I asked why do they give time slot which they cannot fulfil then they asked me to either wait 1-2 hrs or get a refund. I travelled for 10 kms to pick the vehicle to get a refund??? It is pathetic service at the pick up store. I am very disappointed by the lack of responsibility and pathetic service at the place.
