We love the concept of Freedom Boat Club, but the math no longer works for a Seattle summer. There is a clear bottleneck during prime boating hours (2–6PM) where member demand heavily outweighs boat availability. Restricting availability mostly to morning slots (10AM–2PM) doesn't align with how people actually boat here. At $5,000 a year, paired with recent price increases, getting on the water just once or twice a season isn't a sustainable return on investment. We hope the club will adjust fleet sizes to better serve afternoon demand, but unfortunately, we will be canceling our membership for the upcoming year. ### 4/5 — Good app, some enhancements would be nice *2026-07-02, version 1.4* For the most part the app works great.
