Good people in the branches, decent website that rarely goes down, excellent response time to questions on the phone or in the app. Freedom is part of the credit union system that allows transactions at other atms with no fees, they refund every dime you are charged. Loans easy to apply for online or in person- I’ve financed many things with them; rates are competitive.
