Difficult and frustrating to try and find things. The view is really busy and overwhelming. Face ID option resets every time I close the app. Have to login every single time. Leaving this credit union due to the lack of innovation around their technology. I have deposited numerous checks that were accepted to find out later they were withdrawn from my account. I had to physically go into the bank to deposit all checks again. I’m going to give one last try with mobile deposit. And beside it I have multiple accounts on different banks, but the way they handle the last transaction (piss me off) withdrawal in money from my savings account to pay for a balance on a déferont Joint account without any further notice. I use 4 banks and this one by far the worst. It’s difficult to navigate and you have to make a million clicks to get to what you want to do. The aesthetics are dismal as well. Please get this site together and up to bar with some of the other credit unions. It feels like every other day the app crashes and I’m required to retype my info in after I’ve enabled Face ID. It is so bad, I’m actually considering switching Credit Unions just so I can have an app that I can rely on. I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and this is what’s going to do it for me! ### 1/5 — Not supportive of long time members at all *2021-09-02* I am a nurse and I was charged several fees which made my account overdraft which made my mortgage check overdraft I am tired we have been mandated to work overtime in the nursing home related to Covid I don’t understand how a smaller credit union can treat there long standing customers like this? I asked about my visa which I had set up automatically to make payments I asked about that as well the young lady who helped “helped me in the phone” disconnected and NEVER CALLED ME BACK KNOWING ALL MY INFORMATION AND CELL PHONE NUMBERS?????I have been with freedom credit union for umpteen years and sad to say Iam closing my account when I went to the branch no one was helpful. I find it hard to believe that this is considered GOOD BUSINESS! I am sure no one will return my call! Y’all used to be so personable and caring!
