I was anxious to see results and felt the process was taking longer than I had hoped. However, once they reached the first settlement, things really started to gain momentum. Since then, I've seen consistent progress, and it's given me more confidence in the program. So far, I'm happy with the results I've experienced and look forward to continuing toward becoming debt-free. Has to be the worst app ever produced. You can’t do anything from the app. It’s never fully up to date. If you want to get anything done you have to call and that’s a whole other can of worms you gotta dig through. All in all these people are predators and are not there to help you like they claim when you sign up. Your money will be paid to FDR and minimal savings from creditors. BEWARE ### 1/5 — Dislike of FDR *2026-05-12, version 1.3.8* I truly dislike FDR approach. And I know I was commissioned-lead on how FDR conducts business. It was never explained that FDR is going to ignore creditors until it is the right time for FDR. I get daily harassing phone calls from creditors and have even been sued in small claims court by a creditor. Now my bank account is frozen. National Litigation Law Group (NLG)is absolutely terrible with communication and now that a settlement has been reached I still can not use my bank account because the attorneys at NLG have not worked with the opposing attorneys to get my bank account released. You get harassed by their shady partner loam company even after asking not to be multiple times ### 1/5 — stay away *2026-03-03, version 1.3.2* could’ve done this all on my own and not destroyed my credit using this place. I did a bunch of rounds with them as a result of their actions I went from a 755 credit score to a 550. They screwed it up for me with one of my creditors I wasn’t even behind on and that only helped destroy my credit. They tell you to be patient with it all that they’ve done is taken the money that I would’ve been paying my creditors that were on my acquisitions list and they take a fee to “negotiate settlement“ when that’s not actually what’s happening in fact I got a call today about one of my creditors from that creditor telling me that they were willing to settle at a lower rate with payments involved and low and behold moments later, I got a call, followed by a notification on my webpage here for FDR saying the exact same thing but minus their fee.
