To explain when I go to switch user account I cannot access the other account! Please fix this issue so as it doesn’t happen, and no one has to call to fix or visit a branch too, or making anyone fix on their own. Next up why would I or anyone have to choose between transferring money to and from different accounts needing to pay or wait 3 days for the money to transfer. We sometimes do these transfers for reasons of convenience to budget and make certain to place our money for important purposes. Then we have the over drafts that are not what it use to be- just charged whatever they feel like doing to us customers. A friend left banking with Freedom First for this same reason. I think things should go back to the it was in 2012. Since a lot of banking changes being made I’m sure people are thinking about making changes to their banking needs. ### 3/5 — Mr *2026-07-27, version 3.36.0* This past weekend vs my app would not let me send money to PayPal. Tellers work with you and make sure you’re taken care of. ### 3/5 — App worked well for a while *2025-08-15, version 3.26.0* The freedom first app always worked good for me but here the past week I haven’t been able to use it at all, it started out as the app not refreshing, I called freedom first about it, they said to uninstall and reinstall along with resetting my phone, after that happened the app wouldn’t even make it to the login screen, I have been getting a connection failure that says there’s a server problem on there end http status 502, error 28, which all basically says that there’s a problem with the server has a bad gateway, went to my local branch today and they said that no issues show up on my account, stating that my phone is the problem, I am going to try again on my pc but id still like to access my account on my phone since I have that with me every day. ### 2/5 — Minimum balance fee *2025-07-01, version 3.24.0* Pretty sad you all are still choosing to charge your low income customers a minimum balance fee every month. Seems counter intuitive doesn’t it? Hate this app ### 5/5 — Cash N Stash Joke *2025-04-02, version 3.21.0* Charging 7$ fee is ridiculous for not having 2500$ in checking at all times. The name cash and stash sounds like you’re giving a checking and savings account to pre-teens for learning purposes until they graduate to checking and savings accounts. So dumb. Then when it opens it does not load data for another several minutes. I’ve sat on hold almost an hour for one simple question. It has never been this bad until recently. The over draft fees are ridiculous. The credit card is the worst. They’ll automatically take money from your account for one thing but not the credit card payment but when it’s paid on the due date they take days to pull it out of the account. Bank with another institution save yourself the headache. ### 1/5 — Small credit Union turns into monster big bank. *2024-04-11* I’ve been a member since they were “Tech Federal Credit Union”. Since then they’ve raised they’re overdraft fees from 0-$32. They’ve tried selling us scammy life insurance policies through the mail and most recently since that didn’t work they are going to begin charging $7 a month for checking if you don’t hold at least $2500 in your account. “Get rid of all the poor people”.
