## What is Freedom Fitness & Pilates?

Freedom Fitness is a personal Pilates reformer studio located in Florence, SC with a focus on Pilates strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise paired with nutrition guidance to include a monthly meal plan and daily nutrition logging app. We help people of all ages and sizes achieve their fitness and health goals! 

Our focus is to help our clients learn the language and exercises of Pilates in an environment that promotes acceptance of a variety of fitness levels, from beginner to expert.  

There truly is no stupid question! We all learn from one another, and we strive to develop this culture in our studio! 

At Freedom Fitness, our goal is to help you feel comfortable learning a new skill while focusing on becoming healthier! We look forward to serving you!
