The finance company is bankrupt. I’m getting no data from the app. The company doesn’t even give you any assistance with getting into the app or tell you there’s an app. I had to find it by accident, but what does it matter? it’s not showing any data from my system. And then I call wait a half hour for someone to tell me that my system may or may not be working so they have to send a tech out a week later the tech no-show no calls I call I would a half hour to be told that my system is working. But only after I get transferred away from the customer service line to the scheduling department. And then back to the customer service line to wait another half hour to get hung up on. So who knows if my $55,000 solar system is even working. I’m certainly paying monthly payment payments now for it. They are prompt and contact you through each process. Their customer service is outstanding as I spoke with Carol today and she was very helpful and patient with me!! I highly recommend Freedom forever!! ### 5/5 — New System *2025-04-30, version 2.0.1* Freedom Forever put in a system for me last year (2024). 17 panels of the latest tech. Excellent installation. Works flawlessly. They gave me a great price too. We are saving an average $300 per month.
