I wrote a review but for some reason it didn’t show up.

This company refuses to answer emails regarding products, I paid for a product and it’s been five months and I still have not got the item. Stay away from these guys, I have no idea where the good reviews come from. 

Why on earth can’t they answer my emails or even respond to me?

Horrible business practice!

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item in January 2023 and now we’re in the end of May and still waiting on an update. Of course my credit card was billed immediately; but no notice from the vendor as to when my item will be shipped. I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my order and request a refund. No responses as of yet. Terrible experience.
