I’m supposed to be able to book classes two weeks in advance but EVERY time I log onto the app (it never remembers me) I am told it’s too soon to book. If I then log out and back in, manually inputting in all details I can sometimes book the busy classes I want to attend. In these days of super advanced computing power and AI it seems that Freedom Leisure have employed a team of chimpanzees to run their software! ### 1/5 — App cannot cope with extra users *2026-03-23, version 109.34.1* Since our classes have changed to 645am booking the app and website cannot cope with the volume of people on, as this is also the time when the leisure centre staff are using the system. (Used to be 6am booking) Please can you look into this and increase your server capacity so we can use the app to its full potential. ### 2/5 — Regular Payment 403 errors *2026-03-12* I regularly experience errors when trying to pay. By the time it works my class slot has been released and taken by someone else. While I’m here, this is such an unloved UX. For example, why don’t you get to select the gym / provider you want ( the favourites) by clicking the currently selected provider and selecting there rather than navigating back through the app to change selection? Why not notification to say you lost your booking because you didn’t pay? (Ahem) Such basic UX points. There are too many occasions where it is just not accessible. Everything was perfect until an upgrade impacted. No matter what I try and following suggestions from your staff, I still have a blank page once I select a class. This is both via your website or when downloaded the App. I put my email and password in but it doesn’t recognise or give options. Slow to log in via phone and missing classes in the app so can’t book ahead. Currently seeing duplicate entries for the certain classes.
