I love the Freedom Pilates app, I think the team do a fantastic job at providing a hugely varied selection of workouts. I think anyone at any level can find something that works well for them and I love that I can do something different every session. They cater for form focus, injuries, specific body areas that you want to focus on and throw to more cardio style Pilates. Love it and highly recommend
