Не могу получить помощи от поддержки уже неделю, я неделю не могу вывести деньги и мне неделю не могут с этим помочь, меня просто игнорируют!!!! Какой-то кошмар!!! Не рекомендую данную контору , отношение к клиентам отвратительное !!! Сейчас будет смешно если разработчик напишет мне что нужно писать в поддержку 😂😂😂

En tant qu’utilisateur régulier d’applications de trading, notamment IBKR, je trouve que Freedom24 se distingue particulièrement par sa tarification compétitive ainsi que par une offre plus développée sur les options, avec des délais d’exécution réduits.
L’application est par ailleurs très intuitive et simple à utiliser, ce qui rend l’expérience utilisateur particulièrement agréable et efficace.

Отвратительная Тех. Поддержка в приложении, как только ты оставляешь заявку она висит не больше 15-20 минут и после чего, она автоматически закрывается, и её нужно будет снова отправлять повторно, такого бреда я ещё ни в одном приложении не видел.

Η πλατφόρμα έχει συνέχεια λάθη στις αποδόσεις. Για παράδειγμα το etf SXR8 το έδειχναν με -98% απόδοση για το τελευταίο εξάμηνο. Αδιανόητα λάθος, ούτε μεθυσμένος δεν θα είχε τέτοια ανακρίβεια πόσο μάλλον όταν πρόκειται και για εταιρεία δισεκατομμυρίων. Επίσης δεν είναι εύκολη η αγορά με limit orders καθώς επίσης δεν έχουν καλή ακρίβεια στην πραγματική τιμή των assets. Τους έχω κάνει αρκετές αναφορές για το ζήτημα και μου είπαν θα το διορθώσουν. Είμαι ήδη στην αναζήτηση άλλης πλατφόρμας.

C’est dommage, il y a peu, la traduction en français était proposée afin de décrire les sociétés et leurs services. Pourquoi ne plus le proposer ?

De plus, avec l’application ouverte, cela consomme beaucoup de batterie, énormément ! Environ 1% par minute, ce n’est pas normal. À savoir que les notifications et arrière plan, tout est désactivé. Faites quelque chose svp.

Dans l’ensemble, tout est bon pour du trading. Commissions d’achat un peu trop élevée, d’autres plateformes demandent 1€ et ici 2€ + 0,02ct/action.

Quelque bug par ci par là, mais rien de grave.
