À savoir que les notifications et arrière plan, tout est désactivé. Faites quelque chose svp. Dans l’ensemble, tout est bon pour du trading. Commissions d’achat un peu trop élevée, d’autres plateformes demandent 1€ et ici 2€ + 0,02ct/action. Especially for investors starting with small amounts, these “tiny” charges—order fees, per-share commissions, and withdrawal costs—can combine into a significant percentage loss. On initial investments around €100, you could be losing over 10% just in fees. Για παράδειγμα το etf SXR8 το έδειχναν με -98% απόδοση για το τελευταίο εξάμηνο. Αδιανόητα λάθος, ούτε μεθυσμένος δεν θα είχε τέτοια ανακρίβεια πόσο μάλλον όταν πρόκειται και για εταιρεία δισεκατομμυρίων. Επίσης δεν είναι εύκολη η αγορά με limit orders καθώς επίσης δεν έχουν καλή ακρίβεια στην πραγματική τιμή των assets. Τους έχω κάνει αρκετές αναφορές για το ζήτημα και μου είπαν θα το διορθώσουν. Είμαι ήδη στην αναζήτηση άλλης πλατφόρμας. ### 1/5 — Κακή εξυπηρέτηση *2026-01-04, version 5.21.0* Εδώ και 4 με 5 μήνες δε μπορούν να ακυρωσουν μια limit order που έχω. Κάθε φορά που μιλάω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τουλάχιστον 10 φορές μου λένε θα γίνει το συντομότερο δυνατό. Μετά άλλαξε και έγινε έχουμε μιλήσει με το υπεύθυνο τμήμα δε φταίμε εμείς. Και μετά θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε. Και μιλάμε για τη μισή αξία του portfolio οριακά. Τι να το κάνω αν έχουν ελληνικό support αν δεν απαντάνε ουσιαστικά στα προβλήματα των πελατών.
