What should take minutes to clock in and out is now taking long wait times calling in to our coordinators or support. They too are inundated with calls. How is this still not fixed? If it was working just fine before all this. ### 1/5 — Horrible update! *2025-03-24, version 7.17* The app was fine before this recent update. Now, they want a photo every single night of the patient and caregiver. This frustrates my mom who already feels down about her appearance and now has to constantly take pictures. The face recognition doesn’t work that well either. So she’s struggling to do it because her hands shake. She’s not happy about it. I’m frustrated because my mom is clearly upset about this update. It’s a waste of time. I don’t get why it has to be done so frequently. The clock out section automatically changes the time back to when I clocked in instead of what time it is when I’m clocking out. So if I’m in a rush I will accidentally clock out at the wrong time. Smh fix this app! ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2025-03-23* App update is horrible. Dates are showing twice. In current week and future weeks view. Can’t log out because picture is not working. I wait until it turns green to snap photo it myself and then the client, but the screen freezes white. Until this last update the app was working fine. Nothing but a headache now and it’s not working.
