Not able to contact the Custumers directly by the app . Need to print shot then copy the information. What’s the app for ? One piece of paper and a pen would do better . ### 1/5 — App problem *2019-10-23, version 1.1.8* On my iPhone app keeps playing up and not allowing me to receive jobs. Before I would reinstall it to make it work again was the only way now even when I do that does work!!!! Please fix it ### 1/5 — Drivers *2019-03-23, version 1.1.3* Any drivers seeing this and hasn’t joined GLH yet please run away as fast as you can. Reason set below: You never know how ur income til the following week. Ur a ambulance not a private hire driver. The app keeps crashing. Controllers don’t give a dam. Controllers send you other side of city for peanuts. Soo many Pluto pick ups with no additional fees. They don’t give customer phone number. The car rent most expensive and n market. Insurance most expensive on market. Work load absolutely rock bottom. Earn only £30 over min 7 hours. No payment for airport cancellation. Expect to camp at airport terminal for hours. You have everything to lose and nothing to gain by working with this company. RUN RUN RUN By the way there rates are the worst in London. ### 1/5 — App does not work in background! *2015-12-19, version 1.0.16* This update was terrible! Now every time you go to other apps you loose FreedomMobile! It was good last version! Now I don't track on the system and I stopped receiving jobs on the phone unless this app is on the screen! Going to revert to older version but what a pain! ### 2/5 — Spiteful design *2022-03-01, version 1.1.8* Freedom mobile will use your phone to turn you into a worker slave, the permissions it demands enable it to interrupt you even if you wish to not be disturbed for a short time. On top of that it sends job alerts at a volume that will hurt your ears if you use headphones. It might work well for the people sending the jobs but it’s anything but user friendly for the driver/ courier ### 2/5 — Could be better! *2014-10-10, version 1.0.6* The App is ver clumsy & needs more improvement! All this pressing action to do a simple task like accept or decline a job is annoying & difficult to use on the move. The user interface is rubbish! The work history is mixed up with message history. 1 major issue is one can't input any symbol on messaging in App (e.g £,? . Or , ) etc Why?? ### 2/5 — Early Days *2013-12-13, version 1.0.2* The app works, but there are areas that need some attention. 1. The user interface is a NLT klunky - difficult to operate on the move. 2. The app causes your iPhone to run red hot - could impact the life if the device - the work-round for now is to leave it operating in background mode only. Fix the above issues and you have a very good app. Congratulations for an app that is not hardware locked though! Justin. ### 3/5 — Log off problem *2015-12-18, version 1.0.16* The previous version it was better. This update makes the app to log off after a while, or if you open other apps. Please so something about it. Many of us are using the app on our main phone, so we use other apps. ### 3/5 — More user friendly *2014-11-25, version 1.0.8* App should allow use to copy and paste phone number on to phone.
