Looks like I’ll be cancelling and deleting my account. It’s still broken, I have not been able to renew my plan for about half a year now. First they took away the renewal function from a normal web browser and force everyone to use an “app” which is nothing more than a Safari wrapper. However, that browser wrapper doesn’t even work right as it cannot renew my plan as it states it’s being blocked from renewal. As of right now I don’t have any means to renew the service since the desktop browser is removed, mobile browser is removed, and the official app doesn’t work either. I am now forced to contact someone at their support line to see how to actually “renew.” Customer service is a lost art but even providing a bare minimum service seems like a stretch for this company. ### 1/5 — Not happy, can’t renew subscription via web browser, now you show ads. *2024-05-01, version 1.70.1* Extremely disappointing that I can no longer renew my subscription via desktop web browser now I have to download an app to renew my subscription and as I am trying to renew an advertisement popped up that I have to wait for to go away before I can continue with the renewal process. But, to force me to see ads just to check the status of my account in their app is ridiculous. Uninstalling this junk. And I got charged for the free plan even I never used a minute from the plan for years. And they closed my other two numbers without even having a notice! Basically it’s useless and you’ll need to use their web site on a laptop to do anything (their mobile web site is also unusable). ### 1/5 — Can’t renew free plan *2021-08-14, version 1.3* Once a month you need to renew the free plan. The app shows the red error message all month when you don’t actually need to do it, and then once you do need to renew, the red button to push to renew doesn’t actually work. The whole point of the app is to be able to push the button, which doesn’t work.
