The FreedomSoft team worked quickly to fix them and even add functionality to the app. I use it daily and appreciate how much more productive I am with it. Thanks F$ ### 3/5 — We want iPad support *2020-10-29* I like having a mobile version of this seeing how I don’t always have access to a computer, however I do most of my work from my iPad and it would make a world of a difference if you guys created a format more compatible for an iPad. If you guys make that available to us I wouldn’t have any complaints and I truly believe it would make a big difference to many people out there as well who are starting to do more and more work on an iPad. Hopefully they get the bugs fixed as it would be very useful to have access via phone. ### 1/5 — They forgot something important *2023-01-16* They forgot to test the app to make sure it works before launching. This is not a product that should be made available to anyone. The amount of crashes and bugs make it unfit for even beta testing. ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-08-20* This app is a scam!!! charged my credit card and never sent me login information, waited 12 hours, nothing. Message on website said wait five minutes, check spam folder/ junk folder… I did all of that!!! no email ever. I read on one website (bigger pockets) that someone else experienced that about seven years ago. ### 1/5 — App is practically non functioning *2021-08-11, version 1.5.2* And way behind competing apps from Realeflow PropStream All have much more features. And more importantly features that work! ### 1/5 — Not Good Enough *2021-07-06* This app has potential, but it needs a few simple upgrades. 1.) The SMS Notifications Are Silent, No Bells, No Sounds. The SMS Text Box Interface Is Difficult To Type Messages. 2.) Doesn’t Support Images via SMS. 3.) There’s No Notifications For New Leads. 4.) I enter my credentials and the app closes automatically :( ### 2/5 — So bad *2023-11-20* This company never fixes issues in a timely manor and even the desktop version is so clunky. The app when it comes to texting and calling is CONSTANTLY crashing. ### 2/5 — 50/50 *2023-02-22* Application designers had good intentions when creating app for the on-the-go real estate investors. I have been with F$ for 3 years. The problem is that the app just falls off the cliff with issue after issue. Calls sometimes come through, the app doesn’t provide the options to pick which number you would like to dial out on. Sometimes it do and many times it doesn’t. The same goes for texting. You can manually change which number you would like to text from, then after you send your text you notice the system defaulted to another number in your file. This comes off very confusing when dealing with lead’s because they are wondering who text them. Good luck ### 2/5 — Needs more organizing!! *2020-10-29* It’s a step in the right direction. However, no way to access individual folders, properties tab is literally ALL properties and no way to filter. When you are in the notifications tab, you can on see what number you were reaching out to a lead with in CRM. Leads to a lot of confusion. It’s really helpful. ### 5/5 — Thank you Freedomsoft team for finally giving me an app! *2020-11-13* I've been a Freedomsoft user for over 10 years and until now I’ve had to use a small mobile browser to access my CRM on the go. This is like a dream come true to finally have a real app that works just like it does on my computer, and in some ways BETTER! The ability to make and receive phone calls and SMS using Freedomsoft provided numbers so all of the communication stays in each lead with call recording! I have sampled other products but have not found anything that comes close to Freedom soft and the owners willingness to always be open to suggestions and ways to make it work for my business.
