That was a useful feature. Now there’s nothing! This company is going backwards, not forwards. But now when I type the phone number the 8th digit of the number gets swapped for the 7th number and I can’t make any outbound phone calls because the keypad enters the phone number incorrectly and I can’t copy paste the phone number I want to dial. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing seems to work. ### 1/5 — App won't make outgoing calls *2024-06-26, version 2.28.2* Incoming calls work; they are to my personal phone, then go to Freedom Voice message if I don't pickup. BUT I can't make an outgoing call, after dialing the number in the app, a box with a different, unknown number and Call or Cancel options pops up and there is no way to make the outgoing call. Tech support tried their best but couldn't solve it, nor did they have any means to escalate it. They are scamming me knowingly NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP ### 1/5 — Not great *2024-03-09, version 2.28.2* I’ve had this app for 2 years and I wish I didn’t select this for my business. When using the app to send texts, it’s takes a very long while to load. Have to constantly try to restart for it to work. This has been a consistent problem. This is the same for using other features like calling out and reviewing call logs. Having been a FreedomVoice customer for almost 15 years, I’ve watched a steady decline in customer service and service reliability in general. Now you’ve offshored all your support and u can’t even get a digital resolution when I create a help ticket. Telling me to call your call center to fix this app after I’ve sent emails detailing the “broken” issues is ridiculous. I have a business to run, and don’t get paid to sit for hours on the phone with your shoddy tech support. If I ask by email, answer by email! And, get my contacts synced!!! ### 1/5 — Bad app *2023-11-11, version 2.25.0* Can you guys make this app better please. I'm paying for a service that t don't use that frequently but when I do use it, my calls don't register on the app. Queen I text certain key words like zelle or cash app, my message never go through. When I miss a call I have to go to the web to check my call log and they don't always register. I mean this is entirely too much. When you call customer support it is all overseas and these 20 something year old kids do not care about our issues with the app. They are great at taking our money monthly but they are not providing any additional new feature to the app for years. Apple should not even allow this to be in there App Store. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work well *2023-10-14, version 2.24.0* Always a problem with the app. Since Go Daddy purchased them it’s been nothing but issues. Have had Freedom Voice for over 20 years- gone downhill each year rather than getting better. Can’t understand why they can’t get their app working properly. Phone system works well though so I’m not bashing them entirely. Never seen an app update in the years since I’ve had it. Godaddy took this company over and has not done one tiny thing to make this service work. It’s sad. It worked one day and never again. They have finally delivered! I’m very excited, now I think the application is just as good as its competitors, if not better! I like being able to send text messages thru the alternate phone number. Some people just respond faster that way. The 3 way calling is good too! Overall ### 5/5 — Works Great *2019-08-17, version 1.0.32* I’ve been using this App for 2 years now. It’s bare bones but does the job. Some of the complaints I read in the reviews can be fixed in the settings online or if you allow notifications in your phone settings. I prefer the desktop phone but this app is excellent for on the go. I only wish that you could have more than one number operating through the app as I have more than one number through FreedomVoice. Customer service has always been exceptional to me and when I’ve mentioned it on the phone the staff raves about the company and have been there for years so I’m not sure what the high turnover comment was over but I have only had good experiences even when I’ve had issues that needed to be fixed. ### 5/5 — Great App!! *2018-03-04, version 1.0.32* I love this app!!
