The screen isn't responsive, and it doesn't even react at all. You have to use the remote. De facto, il est impossible de piloter le drone… ce qui rend le drone complètement inutilisable. Pouvez-vous svp mettre à jour l’application pour résoudre ce problème ? Ou tout simplement nous répondre et ne pas manquer de respect à vos clients qui ont acheté un de vos produits et qui attendent de pouvoir l’utiliser ? This just doesn’t work and continually gives errors. Even pressing the “why create an account “ button causes it to crash. I had to delete the previous version of the app because after an update it wouldn’t connect to the controller. I had to delete my previous account because my email address changed and there is no way to change it other than deleting the account. So no joy on any front. Maybe the DJI drones work better. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-08-24, version 6.7.5* Compelled to use tha apple id because registration does not work. Cannot create a pilot name, which apparently is required. Whatever i enter “Error” without any explanation. Not investing any more time. Keine Funktion ### 1/5 — Stops at pilot name *2025-03-17, version 6.7.5* In the setup when you reach the “Pilot Name” screen it has an error message. I cannot get past this screen. No matter how you set it up, login, or what name you enter, it will give the same error message. The drone is inoperable without being able to enter a pilot name. I’ve done some research online and this is a widespread problem that Parrot has yet to fix. ### 1/5 — No funciona app *2025-02-13, version 6.7.5* El drone se apagó solo hace tiempo y cayó. Se rompió un tren de aterrizaje y un motor. Ahora vuelvo a volarlo tras arreglarlo y no funciona la app. Todo mal, recomiendo comprar marca DJI aunque sea un poco más caro, merece la pena la calidad de diferencia sin duda. C’est un grand plaisir car la durée de vol est suffisamment longue pour apprendre le pilotage. L’utilisateur est bien accompagné pour permettre un premier vol réussi malgré le vent. La qualité des images est bonne et le retour téléphone n’a pas trop de latence.
