### 2/5 — Notifications are extremely unreliable

Even though my wife and I have all notifications all settings turned on and set for 7pm EST, we never get them at the time we specify and sometimes we don’t get notifications at all. It’s wild that this app has so many problems with motivations that that they even have a single button in the notification settings labeled, “I’m not receiving notifications”.

I have used FCI for over 30 plus years. The are always on time and their workers are friendly and handle the cans gently instead of throwing them. Front office is very friendly and responsive.
