Two weeks  ago purchased a line with voice and sms, voice shows a strange caller ID and sms doesn’t work, for over two weeks with customer care including phone called and email my issue never resolved and finally reconfirm email that the phone line doesn’t support sms Abd steps to follow for changing the caller ID, they did not mention that for two weeks of wasting time, at the end they don’t refund so I dispute the transaction. Not professional. 4 days a go I gave them a chance to change the phone line but they did not do either, if I see less than one star I would give them.

We deeply apologize for the issue you faced, however, the number you purchased was for calls only. Freeje application offers no calls+SMS numbers in the selected area. The number connected to your account was working fine according to the description.
