### 1/5 — Where is the cancel button?

The FAQs instruct me to find a cancel button in my account settings but there is not one to be seen. The site and app has a pretty terrible user experience as a whole. 

As a paying customer I should be able to cancel my subscription without any barriers and the journey to cancel is currently hidden.

I am trying to register and it won’t even allow me to put in my details. It’s unresponsive as I interact with it.

So I can’t apply for a job with my pro member application, it says there’s some sort of error and then it doesn’t send me any notifications that someone has sent me a message or anything. 
I will change my stars once this has sorted.

Doesn’t show the jobs you list; so the only how you would know you have applicants is by going on the website itself

**Developer response:** Hey, thanks so much for your Review. We're really keen to hear feedback from our members. This first version of the App focuses on job alerts, in-mail notifications and engagement. You'll be able to chat with members who contact you via your Test Shoot or job but not manage the job. We've added your suggestion to the development to-do list for future updates (we think it's a really good one). Thanks a lot for your feedback.

I’ve been using the website version for months and although the app works perfectly in general, they need to do a couple of small changes that hopefully will come on the next update: seeing if the job is free to apply, knowing who posted the job add to know if it matches with you.. but in general I enjoy the app!

Have been using the website for a while and this a very welcome addition to the service. Much easier to communicate with other freelancers and find jobs while on the move.

I worked with the Freelancer Club this year and cannot express how much it has benefited my career. I was given step to step guidance and advice throughout my job and the application process was so simple and hassle free. I was able to broaden and expose myself to a plethora of opportunities. I now know that I can secure any freelance job with ease using the app which allows me to view jobs and get into contact with the right people. It’s quick, simply, easy and a great place to network and further one’s career.
