This used to be my go-to app for taking notes but since I’ve downloaded it it’s gone downhill. Forces AI onto you and subscriptions for most features while having ‘free’ in the name.. deleted this app since then and switched to a new improved one

I signed up years ago with my email that this app would stay free forever. Now capitalism has struck again and they betrayed that promise. Ads were bearable but now to do anything you have to pay for it (despite the promise of it being free)

It’s very intuitive and easy to get use to it for taking aesthetic and effective notes! Highly recommended for studying. I like that I can use pdf books and mark them as I want, or even move complete pages between books and notebooks..
I can also design pretty draws easily!

This is an amazing app but it’s disappointing it’s asking for money just to have more than 3 notebooks. That’s so frustrating, students look at this and think they finally find something free for them then it’s asking for money, we are just kids who want to make school as simple as possible but this makes it hard. Because I need this for school I was gonna buy the lifetime one then it was removed? Idk but there is only annual months and weekly now I wanted to get the like £24 lifetime one thanks :)

So far this app has been FANTASTIC. Currently completing a program for graduate school, and I enjoy the freedom of organizing my files how i want, and also the freedom to add a cover page to my notebooks when i take notes for specific classes and weeks. I used the program on the app that deciphers what i wrote and i guess i have too much chicken scratch for it that it only deciphers what i wrote every other time. But that is okay with me since i don’t use that feature and i know my own handwriting. I like that this app converts articles, the syllabus, and images to PDF files. And since i am using it on the i-pad, with a keyboard, i am also able to type up my notes on the app if i get tired of writing. If i could put a 10/10 stars, i definitely would.
