Absolutely NO drivers support, no way to speak to someone to resolve any issues faster and the reply time is even worse!! Their so called “complaint form” cannot be used and when pointed out you get yet another “copy/paste” reply to do the same thing you have already explained that is not working!! No wonder you don’t have drivers and enough customers! On top of everything TFL requires MOT to be done every 6 months and after you present it, suddenly it turns out they have their own policies and refuse a completely valid MOT certificate!! Il y a juste un problème au niveau de la majoration lorsque le trajet dure plus longtemps que prévu. Aucun système n’est mis en place à cet effet.
