## What is Freeport?

Introducing the Freeport loyalty application. Become a member of the VIP club and, in addition, always have your virtual loyalty card with you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Loyalty Program 
Thanks to the application, you automatically get a 10% discount or other discounts on purchases made with a variety of brands, and, in addition, you can collect points for certain purchases in selected shops and exchange them for interesting benefits. Based on the points collected, new benefits will be "unlocked" for you. The points that you have obtained or applied are registered and easily viewed in the Archive tab.

Shops 
In the Shops section, you will find a list of all shops belonging to the VIP club. They can be filtered by categories and you will find detailed description and contact information in the profile of each shop.

Top Events
Follow the Top Events, and you will not miss out on any event or sales in separate shops as well as the whole outlet center.

Products
In the Products section, you will find a selection of goods from our e-shop.

Vždycky se tam zobrazí bílá plocha s křížkem nahoře. Ikdyz to zruším, tak se to tam zase ukáže. aplikace nefunguje. Zkoušela sem ji odinstalovat a znovu nainstalovat, ale furt se tam ukazuje ta bílá plocha.

Nefunguje,takze naprosto k nicemu.Na informacich ve Freeportu jsem byla a stezovala si,ze to nejde a jak to lze resit.Napsali si kontakt.S tim,ze predaji k reseni a nic.Takze cela saskarna s body je jen falesna reklama na zakazniky vcetne vyuziti dalsich slev.

Po otevření aplikace se na okamžik objeví karta, která se ihned překryje přes celou obrazovku bílou plochou s křížkem vlevo nahoře. Po kliknutí na C na okamžik bílá plocha zmizí a opět se vrátí. I když to stihnu a kliknu na cokoliv (sleva, obchody, nákupy apod.) objeví se bílá plocha.

Opakovaně aplikaci instaluji a odinstalovávám a stále stejný problém, po otevření se objeví bíle pole. Co s tím? Můj telefon iPhone 15 Plus. Pravidelné sbírám body, skenuji nákupy a nyní se k nim nedostanu!

Vse bylo v poradku ale posledni dobou nefunguje… zkousela jsem smazat a znovu nainstalovat ale nejde. Porad se mi objevuje okénko prázdné s krizkem a kdyz zmacku krizek tak jde na úvodní stranu na vterinu a pak zase okenko….

Aplikace je naprosto nepoužitelná. Hneď při prvním spouštění překryje celou obrazovku nějaké reklamní okno, které je však prázdné, nejde s ním nic dělat, jedině kliknout na zavírací křížek, ale okno se do vteřiny otevře znovu. Neexistuje způsob jak tohle vyřešit.
