I’ve been ordering in advance and it’s taking them about 2 weeks to come. The amount of birthdays or events in the family and I haven’t had a card to give because it hasn’t been here in time. I mean no other cover, wrapping or envelope. I find that quite negligent because this post card, essentially, was passed down through so many, and frankly it's unacceptable that private personal images with family right on the front, and home address on the back can be seen by anybody. I’m usually printing artwork, so occasionally there are issues with tonal contrast, which I now adjust before printing. The latest card is superb and the AI generated message is very good too. The other thing I ordered has came so I don’t know why the other 2 hasn’t! Then I gets in touch with them and now have to wait another week and if it hasn’t shown up they will send again! Father’s Day has been and gone what on earth would I want I now for. Worst thing was the communication. You'd expect them to be responsive and respectful to this. No. The customer service said my order would come on the 11th!!! Past the time I even need it for. No acknowledgement of issue, no incentive for a refund, nothing. Disgraceful. Don't use. Edit: they replied to this review stating they'll honour a refund. However when I emailed about it.. they said they couldn't give me one as they can't find my order. This is a total lie as I had sent them my order number. They also have the whole email thread of them literally admitting to my order being late but not doing anything about it apart from writing a lying reply to my review then backtracking. They are just trying to make it seem like they will rectify situation just to look good on reviews but when speaking one to one - they do nothing.
