I was happy with the poster itself, however, the way it was shipped put HUGE creases in the top & bottom of the photos! Instead of being shipped in a photo tube, so the poster didn’t get ruined, it was shipped in a 4x4 square, crushable, big cardboard box. Those creases will never come out, & they’re very noticeable. What the heck was I supposed to do? But they have quickly agreed to me returning the item. Placed several items that are all tied together and will be returning about $200 of product because of the lack of concern to resolve my issue. I have ordered from Free Prints & Gifts for many years and have NEVER had such horrible customer service. Have ALWAYS been able to speak with someone who readily resolved printing errors.
